Can I cancel my event?

We know sometimes things happen last minute and you may need to cancel an event. You can do so from your Event Summary by pressing Cancel and following the instructions. We will send a cancellation email to your guests. You may wish to follow up with further instructions by sending a follow up message. If you wish to refund your guests’ contributions, please contact us at support@kindergifts.co.uk within 5 days from the event cancellation. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll proceed as usual and disburse the funds to you and your charity.
