How do I know that the charity has received my donation?

The charity receives the donation by bank transfer on the same day that we pay your gift amount. We will send you a confirmation email with payment details, typically within 5 to 10 days from the event date. If you provide us with the school details for your child, our charity partner will send them a Thank You certificate. You can also check our social media posts and Facebook reviews for charity and user testimonials.
